Felix and his crew did a superb job on my bathroom remodel. I would definitely hire Touch Design and Build again.

I had a leak in the kitchen during Covid-19. Touch Design and Build came to give a free estimate wearing protective face mask. With an unknown problem, it was recommended we start the work as being charged by time and material. Watching him find the problem and working quickly gave me confidence in his skill and trustworthiness. With the leak identified, in addition to fixing the leak, I also asked him to replace the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, replace the bathroom faucets, and install a new dishwasher. All the work was done very well and in a timely fashion. I am highly satisfied with Touch Design and Build and recommend their services.

We worked with Felix on our hardwood flooring project. He did an excellent job of listening to our needs and sourcing the exact match for our existing flooring. I would recommend him highly for any project.

We have relied on Touch Design and Build for many of our smaller home projects throughout the years. From fence install to window repair, they have tackled much of my "honey-do" list (thanks fellas!!). Recently, we decided to begin a major home remodel and started with the guest and master bathrooms. From consultation to design, demo to completion, the entire phase of this project was only five weeks and we couldn't LOVE our bathrooms more. Total custom job from unique marble and tile design to the beautiful hardware (toilets, hinges, faucets and vanities), it truly has been worth every penny. Felix and his crew are completely professional, kind and hard working. They are beginning phase 2 of the remodel (outside patio and deck) mid-July. Update soon!

Felix and his crew did an amazing job on our gutters this year. They were very punctual, listened to what we had to say and were able to answer all of our questions and provide the best possible solution that was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The guys from Touch Design are unlike any other contractor that I have worked in the past. Felix was part of the project from the beginning, from picking out the tiles to giving advice and understanding what I wanted.
They were always on time and left the place clean and dust free every single day! Also the communication with them was on point, all my (million of) questions were answered and I was never left in the dark.

My project had considerable complexity for the small square footage involved, including repairing previous water damage, having to deal with condominium association rules, and confronting angles that had strayed from their 90-degree origin during the past 50 years.

My approach was to be thorough and detailed within the limits of my non-professional knowledge to make it as easy as possible for a contractor to allocate their time and deliver a high quality project, since we probably won't be doing a remodel like this for at least 20 years. I think it's inevitable that you as the client need to clear on what you want -- make a numbered list! -- and engaged during the process to field questions but also allow your contractor to use their judgment and be open to the possibility that surprises may take you in a different direction.

Like any project the scope widened, unexpected complexities came up, materials I wanted sometimes were no longer for sale and vendors didn't always deliver. I never doubted that Felix and his crew were dedicated to doing quality work and I appreciated how he was comfortable bringing up bad news on a timely basis, taking time to listen, and challenging my design ideas when he thought there was a better way.

Lastly, I appreciated that invoicing was online and clear, which made it easy to have good records for tax and insurance purposes.

Friendly and attentive throughout the job. Was accommodating for various requests and always answered extra questions in detail. I felt like every detail was transparent working with Touch Design and Build, and would definitely hire them again!
